Shipping policy

At Outlaw GPS, a brand of GPS Tracker Shop LLC, we take customer privacy seriously. Orders are shipped as discreetly as reasonably possible. Packaging is intentionally plain and non-descriptive, and we do not intentionally display product details on the exterior of shipments. Customer information is handled confidentially throughout the order and fulfillment process..

To protect your privacy, we may use plain or non-descriptive packaging. This is intentional and designed to keep your order and its contents private and secure while in transit.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to meet different needs. A free shipping option may be available on qualifying orders. We also offer standard shipping and an expedited 2–3 business day shipping option.

Shipping prices, delivery speeds, and availability may change at any time due to carrier pricing, fuel costs, demand, or seasonal fluctuations. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on location, carrier performance, and external factors.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 6:00 PM Eastern Time generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day. If a holiday falls on a shipping day, your order will ship on the following business day.

Orders may be delayed if we need to verify a shipping address, confirm payment details, or review special delivery instructions.

Once your order ships, you should receive a USPS tracking number by email within three business days.

Delivery Confirmation and Lost Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. If USPS confirms delivery to your mailbox, porch, or designated delivery location, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund.

In cases of suspected mail theft, we may consider further review only after a police report for mail theft has been filed and a copy of that report is submitted to us. Carrier delivery confirmation alone is considered proof of delivery.

Force Majeure / Shipping Delays Outside Our Control

Outlaw GPS and GPS Tracker Shop LLC are not responsible for shipping delays, delivery failures, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, fires, floods, acts of God, labor strikes, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, government actions, customs issues, pandemics, or other unforeseen events (force majeure).

Such events do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping addresses are accurate and secure. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, or unsecured mailboxes.

Legal Use and Responsibility Notice

Outlaw GPS products are sold for lawful use only. Customers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to privacy, surveillance, and GPS tracking.

By purchasing from Outlaw GPS, you agree that Outlaw GPS and GPS Tracker Shop LLC are not liable for misuse of products, unlawful use, or any consequences resulting from how a device is used after delivery.
