Outlaw GPS products come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty and free technical support for the life of the device.

If you ever need help, our support team is here for you.

  • Email support: Available 7 days a week

Our goal is simple: make sure you receive a working product and understand how to use it.

Technical Support Is Always Free

You will never be charged for technical support related to your Outlaw GPS device. Support is included for as long as you own the product.

10-Day Return Policy

We offer a 10-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The tracking device must be unused
  • The device must be in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved first. We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization. Please note: returns are handled by email only—we do not process returns over the phone.

If approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the correct return address.

Restocking Fee & Shipping

Because GPS tracking devices are surveillance electronic products:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to most returns
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • The restocking fee applies to any non-defective return

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your device is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged in transit
  • Or not what you ordered

Contact us immediately at sales@gpstrackershop.com so we can review the issue.

All Outlaw GPS products are covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.

If a device is confirmed defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes up 7-10 business days
  • Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

Pricing, Branding & Resale Notice

Outlaw GPS products may appear online or in retail stores under different branding, pricing, or product names.

We do not price match with other sellers or resellers.

Only returns that meet both of the following conditions are exempt from restocking fees:

  1. Requested within 10 days of delivery
  2. Confirmed to be defective under warranty

All other approved returns are subject to the standard restocking fee.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to understand and follow all local, state, and federal laws related to GPS tracking and privacy.

By purchasing and using an Outlaw GPS device, you agree that:

  • You will use the product legally and responsibly
  • You accept full responsibility for how the device is used
  • GPS Tracker Shop LLC and Outlaw GPS are not liable for misuse or unlawful use of any tracking device
