Yes. The hardwire kit connects to any 6–24V power source.

Trailers, cars, trucks, boats, ATVs, golf carts, and construction equipment all work. Any powered asset supports continuous GPS tracking.

Where Can I See The Battery Life?

Battery status appears inside the app or web account. Select the tracker icon on the map to open device details. Battery-powered trackers show an estimated battery level. Hardwired trackers display a wired power status when connected to a power source.

Can The Outlaw GPS Be Woken Up Or Rebooted Remotely?

No. Remote wake-up or reboot is not supported. GPS trackers connect when motion occurs unless Energy Saver mode is active. Without movement, no update is sent. Contact technical support if tracking issues continue after motion.

Why Isn’t My Device Showing Location Updates?

Tracking issues usually relate to placement, power, or settings.

Poor placement can weaken GPS and cellular signals. Trailers, vehicles, and equipment need clear sky exposure. Fully enclosed metal areas can cause signal loss.

A drained battery stops location updates. Hardwired setups should confirm steady power. Battery-powered setups should confirm sufficient charge.

Energy Saver mode limits updates to scheduled check-ins only. Motion-based tracking must be reactivated from the Energy Saver menu. Full tracking resumes after the next check-in.

How Do I Change My Service Plan?

Service plans can be changed from the app or the web account.

Sign in and open Manage Devices. Select Change Plan next to the tracker serial number. Upgrades charge the price difference. Downgrades credit the difference. The next billing cycle reflects the full plan price.

Can I Manage Multiple Trackers Under One Account?

Yes. One account can manage multiple GPS trackers.

Each active Outlaw tracker requires a separate service plan. All trackers appear under the same account for easier management of locations, alerts, and settings.

Where Is The Serial Number Located On My Tracker?

The serial number appears on the back of the GPS tracker. Look for a 10-digit number starting with 888555, or 777. A QR code above the serial number allows automatic entry during app activation.

How Can I Stop service For My Tracker?

Service can be canceled from the app or web account.

Open the GPS tracking app and select Resources, then Account Management. Enter the account password or PIN. Choose Cancel Service, then select Deactivate. Monthly charges stop immediately, and service ends after the current paid month.

From the web account, open Manage Devices, then select Deactivate next to the tracker. Billing stops, and service ends after the current period.

Prepaid plans cannot be paused or canceled early. Prepaid service does not auto renew. Tracking ends automatically when the prepaid term expires unless renewal is selected.
